The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order occurs along with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by displaying an order confirmation and additionally by a copy via automated email. With this order confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded. We reserve the right to withdraw from the order in exceptional cases (e.g., if the goods are unavailable). In this case, we will notify you immediately and, if possible, suggest alternatives.
We store your order data and send them to you along with our order confirmation by email. You can view our T&C at any time on these pages. For privacy reasons, your order data are not accessible via the Internet.
Prices
The sale price of the products appearing on the website is indicated in euros. The total price of the product consists of the sum of the sale price and shipping and delivery costs for couriers and/or carriers contracted for delivery. The buyer acknowledges that by confirming their sales order, they are obliged to pay the final price once the order is confirmed. The due amount may also be paid using vouchers, gift certificates, or similar methods and/or issued by authorized third parties.
The products published on the homepage or in other sections of the website include value-added tax and possibly stamp duties (from €77.47). Deliveries to non-EU countries are only made after prior consultation through a message from the buyer to info@dajuwood.com. If products are delivered outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may be levied on the products once they arrive at their destination. Any costs for customs clearance of the products and other taxes levied are to be borne by the buyer.
Payment Methods
In our shop, you basically have the following payment options available:
Prepayment
When choosing the prepayment method, we will provide you our bank details in a separate email, and we will ship the goods upon receipt of payment.
Credit Card
When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your authentication as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically performed and your card charged.
PayPal
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.
Shipping Methods
The products ordered and confirmed by the buyer will be sent to the address stated in the sales order via couriers and/or transporters commissioned. Shipping is initiated immediately upon receipt of the final price, as indicated in the confirmation email sent to the customer, and in any event within thirty (30) days from receipt of the confirmation email by the customer, provided that the final price has been paid. Upon receipt of the product, the customer should inspect the packaging and verify that the product is intact and that the delivered product corresponds to the one listed in the order confirmation. The customer must immediately report any changes or damage to the packaging and the product. The customer is asked to inform us about any problems related to the delivery of the products so that we can improve the quality control of the services offered.
Dajuwood is not liable for delays or non-delivery of goods in case of inaccurate or incorrectly provided address data by the buyer.
Accompanying Goods Document | Receipt
According to Art. 1; Sec. 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 21.12.1992, mail order sales are exempt from the issuance of fiscal documents (tax receipt, invoice, etc.). Please keep the invoice! It is important as proof of purchase in case of complaints or for insurance in the event of theft. Your orders are stored with us. If you lose the documents related to your orders, please contact us by email. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order data.
Limitation of Liability
We assume no liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to force majeure (such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or similar events) that fully or partially prevent the execution of the delivery within the period specified in the previous articles or agreed in writing between us and the customer.
